The Gubernatorial Candidate of the African Democratic congress (ADC),in Niger State in the forthcoming general elections, Dr. Mohammed Kpautagi has released over N1.5million as part of his contributions for the renovation of Kpautagi Market to improve the economic base of the people in Mokwa local government area of Niger State.
Kpautagi who was in his Kpautagi Village on Monday 5th October 2026 in continuation of his 2- day visit to his constituency and some parts of Niger South Senatorial District of Niger State, appreciates the people of his community .
He directed that the sum of N1Million be released for the community for the renovation of the only market in the area ,this, he said will also increase the economic development of the area.
Kpautagi also reached out to youths, women and other ethnic communities in Kpautagi village by releasing to them the sums of N100,000 each as his support to their well-being.
In his address at the occasion the Zonal Chairman of ADC Hon Gimba Tswatagi,said the candidate whose popularity has spread across the state has come to formerly present himself for the people of his community as the Governorship Candidate of the ADC in Niger State in the 2027 general elections for their blessings.
“Ourr coming today to Kpautagi community will be a historic one, as we move to produce a Grassroots governor ,Dr Mohammed Kpautagi. a highly matured, descipline man that will lead the state to the desired needs of the people .
The State chairman, ADC Bar El Amin El Waziri at the community declared that, “by the grace of God Kpautagi is to send Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago packing this 2027,,we are not in the Village to campaign for Kpautagi but have come to appreciate together with the elders of the community”..
He called on the people residents in Kpautagi,both Gwari,Hausa and Nupe not to allow their votes to split to other political parties as a sign of love and togetherness.
The Chairman further disclosed that it is very glaring that APC will not come back to power considering the hardships confronting Nigerians,urged people to elect Dr. Kpautagi and the presidential candidate of the Party former vice President, Atiku Abubakar in the forthcoming general elections in the country. for a better prosperous Nation.
In his address at the occasion,the running mate of Dr. Kpautagi,Hon Mamman Musa,who also spoke in Gwari dialect,appreciated the village head and the Imam of the community for hosting his ethnic community Gwari,who has been residing in Kpautagi peacefully for decades.
Hon Musa, informed the Gbagi’s residents in the community to extend their love to the needs of the community by supporting Dr. Mohammed Kpautagi to be elected in the 2027 general elections.
Also the campaign Director general,Professor Rabiu Bello Nasko,who read out a letter of appeal written by Kpautagi community requesting for the upgrading of the only market in the community requested for additional stores,Solar Power /light and a store.
In a letter dated 5th October 2026, written by the New market association,addressed to the governorship candidate ,Dr Kpautagi “titled appreciation and request for the development of our market by the market association of the community said the request is to improve their social well-being.
They however appreciated the valuable contributions of,Dr Kpautagi in the community,saying,”we are greatful for your concern to improve our living standards, assured him of their unallowed support to become the governor of Niger State come 2027.”
The ADC Governorship campaign farmiliarization also visited Edati and Lavun local government areas where he paid courtesy visits to the residence of traditional rullers of Bima of Enagi and Ezonuwon of Kutigi in the Niger South Senatorial District (Zone A) of the State..
