This commitment was reaffirmed during an inspection of the road projects in Bida conducted by the farmer Governor.
Among the projects inspected were the Minna-Bida dual carriageway, legacy road and the bridge connecting Minna to Abuja.
Governor Umaru Bago also examined the ongoing 44-kilometer ring road and the interchange bridge at the Western bypass in Bida.
The ring road, once finished, aims to alleviate traffic congestion caused by articulated vehicles, reduce environmental pollution, and lower the incidence of road accidents.
Additionally, he inspected the 11-kilometer Bida to Low-Cost connection dual carriageway, which is approximately 70 percent completed.
The road leading to the Emir’s palace in Bida was also part of the inspection.
All these major road initiatives are integral to the National governor’s rebuilding efforts under the new Niger agenda, dedicated to enhancing the lives of the state’s residents.
