President Tinubu Secures 175,504 Votes to Defeat Osifo in Niger APC Primary

Niger State chapter of All Progressives Congress APC has announced the results of the party presidential election conducted through direct primary with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerged the winner after scoring the highest votes.
This is contained in the results sheet made available to Journalists on Sunday  in Minna.
The party presidential primary election which took place across the 25 Local Government Areas of the state as it was between President Bola Ahmed Tinubu who scored 175,504 votes to defeat  Stanley Osifo that scored 5,248 votes.

The State Collation Officer and Governor Mohammed Umar Bago of Niger State made the announcement immediately after the collation of the 25 Local Government Area in the state with a total of 212,465 number of voters that participated in the election.

The result sheet was signed by the State Chairman primary election committee, Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi and the Secretary Honourable Adamu Tanko with Professor Mohammed Kuta Yahaya as the agent of the election.
All Progressives Congress APC primary election was held on Saturday 22nd May, 2026 across the 25 local government areas of Niger state.
