Governor Inuwa Yahaya Appoints Special Advisers, Deputy Chiefs of Staff to Strengthens Governance Structure, Enhance Service Delivery

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya,  has approved the appointment of ten Special Advisers and two Deputy Chiefs of Staff as part of his efforts to strengthen his administration and enhance effective governance.

The appointments were conveyed by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi.

According to the SSG, the appointments are in line with Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s commitment to consolidating the gains of his administration by strengthening strategic advisory roles and enhancing coordination between government and communities across the state.

The newly appointed Special Advisers are Ahmed Abubakar (Maidalan Gombe), Chieftaincy Affairs; Abdulrahman Adamu (ES), Inter-Party Relations; Dr. Ahmed Wali Doho, Education; Saidu Kawuwa Malala, Political and Community Relations (North); Adamu Mohammed Waziri, Special Duties; Mohammed Shettima Gadam, Political and Community Engagement; Abubakar Hassan Difa, Rural Development and Community Relations; Iliya Suleiman, Youth Engagement; Lamido Buba Komfulata, Political Affairs; and Asma’u Mohammed Iganus, Women Mobilization.

Also appointed are Mohammed Danladi Adamu as Deputy Chief of Staff (Central) and Isiyaka Shu’aibu as Deputy Chief of Staff (South).

Governor Inuwa Yahaya expects the appointees to bring their wealth of experience and expertise to support the implementation of the administration’s development agenda and contribute to the delivery of quality governance for the people of Gombe State, as contained in a statement signed by Ismaila Uba Misilli, Director-General (Press Affairs) Government House, Gombe.
