The Niger State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has welcomed, former two-terms Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Niger State Barrister Tanko Beji, into the APC.
Barr. Beji brings with him extensive political and administrative experience, having previously served as PDP State Chairman, Legal Adviser, Secretary, Zonal Chairman, Director-General of a gubernatorial campaign, and Acting National Youth Leader of the PDP.
He joined the APC , on Friday,21st August 2026 following extensive consultations and deliberations, describing his decision as a carefully considered step taken in the interest of the people and the future of Niger State.
According to Barr. Tanko Beji,joining the APC is the right decision for any politician who genuinely desires to identify with the positive transformation taking place in Niger State under the leadership of His Excellency, the Farmer Governor, Rt. Hon. Mohammed Umaru Bago.
The APC Niger State Chapter, Chairman,Hon.Aminu Bobi, welcomes Barr. Beji, into the Party and assures him of equal treatment, inclusiveness and the opportunity to contribute his wealth of experience to the continued growth and development of the Party and Niger State.
Aminu Bobi said that the Party considers his( Barr. Beji’s ) decision another demonstration of the growing confidence in the APC and the New Niger Agenda.
